     From Sweetwater Reservoir you obtain a tremendous view of Gobblers Knob. There's so much to do here at Sweetwater Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Summit Ridge Resort is a great place for that. Coon Canyon is a wonderful site to explore close by; Gum Tree Cove is in the vicinity and always great to pop by.; March is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you don’t have a problem getting  
   covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Los Penasquitos Creek; if you have the time, Cabrillo National Monument is a national park worth stopping at.
This location is so good, just look at all the fun stuff to do near Sweetwater Reservoir. Bonita Golf Club is a great golf course close by, and if you came to camp San Diego RV Resort is a nice place to do that. At Sweetwater Reservoir during the summertime months highs are in the 80's
 
               with nighttime lows in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Sweetwater Reservoir are in the 40's. This lake is so wonderful. Eastlake Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could take a look at.
This lake is so wonderful. A glorious nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn La Mesa, and you'll meet a lot of folks from San Diego-Carlsbad-San Marcos here. If you need a spot to stay Econo Lodge Lemon Grove is a fine choice, and if you get bored of Sweetwater Reservoir you could also stop by close by Chollas Reservoir.
