Swamp Lake is located in the Northern Sierra Nevada. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Swamp Lake. Dry warm beds await you at The Mountain Club; Dodge Ridge is a very popular ski area nearby. Summertime at Swamp Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are ordinarily in the 50's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures

a day at, Cottage Spring Campground is a perfect local campground; if you need a spot to stay The Meadow is a good choice. Swamp Lake gets a large amount of water; throughout January this area sees the most rain, and July on the other
hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Blue Hole is a nearby lake that you could stop by. There's so much to do here at Swamp Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sand Flat Campground is a wonderful spot for that.
