On a good day at Sunset Reservoir you can take a hike along the Bootjack Trail; Days Inn San Francisco At The Beach is a tremendous place to get some rest. You believe that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. A golf course near Sunset Reservoir is Harding Park Golf Course. You'll need more than       a day to look at everything Sunset Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Edventure More. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in close proximity to Sunset Reservoir. Strawberry Hill is striking and can be seen from Sunset Reservoir, and George Washington Bicentennial Grove is a good forest vicinity close by. This lake is so wonderful. Visiting Golden Gate National Recreation Area is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and Lindley                  Meadow is a glorious place to stretch your legs a bit. All the water falling down from the sky makes Sunset Reservoir a wet spot; January is when you get the most rain here; July on the other hand is the driest. Huntington Falls is a beautiful place to take a look at while you're at Sunset Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Sunset Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Kirby Cove Campground is a brilliant site for that. The Ben Johnson Trail is a tremendous hiking trail near Sunset Reservoir, and lakes are such serene sites, why not check out Laguna Puerca. Dry warm beds await you at Geary Parkway Motel, and a tour to China Beach is always a wonderful idea. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Sunset Reservoir, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Sunset Reservoir are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
