If you like lakes and you're in this part of California you can check out Summit Lake. A golf course next to Summit Lake is Weed Golf Club; if you came for an overnight stay Friendly RV Park is a brilliant spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Sacramento River is so much fun, and if you fancy a little side visit, try Black Butte Summit. You're possibly keen on lakes, Abrams Lake is one of those nearby, and tremendous hiking is available along the Sisson Calahan National Recreation Trail. of close by Mount Shasta. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Summit Lake; Castle Lake Trail is a good local trail; drift down the rapids of Sacramento River in a kayak. For the period of the months of summer at Summit Lake
highs are regularly in the 90's while overnight lows are commonly in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Summit Lake throughout the winter mostly sink into the 20's. If only every
place had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great world it would be. Hi-lo Motel and RV Park is a good campground nearby. The vista of Black Butte from Summit Lake is beautiful, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday
Inn Express WEED (MOUNT SHASTA AREA). Man, is there a load of entertaining things to do near Summit Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Crags Trail, and Black Butte Spring is a lovely place to have a look at while you're at Summit Lake.
