So many entertaining things to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada, too glorious to be true. Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Trailer Park Campground; a glorious panorama of pretty Carson Peak is available. Summit Lake is a good place of typical rain; most of the rain falls through January, and June
meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Summit Lake, you'll stumble on Badger Lakes which is a stunning lake, and the Gaylor Lakes Trail offers hiking at its best. Gotta ski! June Mountain is a great
place to do that, and dry warm beds await you at Heidelberg Inn. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll fancy Summit Lake. Do set aside some time for Spooky Meadow while you're here at Summit Lake, and there's wonderful
hiking along the Mammoth Rock Trail. Glide down the rapids of San Joaquin River - Middle Fork in a kayak, and what would winter be without some skiing at Mammoth Mountain. So many enjoyable things to do here at Summit Lake, too great to be true.
