This place, Summit Lake, it truly has so much outdoors cool stuff. You can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Dodge Ridge, and going for a hike on the Emigrant Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Summit Lake is a wet location that gets a good deal of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is regularly January, that's the one that snows the most, and July meanwhile       is the driest month. Man, is there lots of amusing stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Why not camp at Pine Marten Campground if you're here at Summit Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Stanislaus River - Middle Fork. The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada, too wonderful to be true. Take a side spree to Wilderness Creek; skiing at Bear Valley is one of those things                  you just should do. A lake nearby is Elephant Rock Lake, and there are pleasant locations to explore along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 13. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Silver Valley Campground; Elephant Rock can be distinguished from Summit Lake. Go for a hike on the Charity Valley Trail, and float down the rapids of Mokelumne River - North Fork in a kayak. For the period of the warm months at Summit Lake temperatures are regularly in the 60's. Summer night lows descend down to the 40's.
