The beauty of Summer Lake is reason enough to stop by. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Coast Ranges. You'll come across a picturesque lake called Lake Ada Rose near Summer Lake, and Quail Meadows RV Campground is a pleasant local campground. Summer Lake regularly gets a great deal of rain; during January this area sees the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month.

Throughout the summertime months highs here at Summer Lake get into the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. The winter brings
highs down to the 50's while the cold winter nights at Summer Lake are in the 40's. The Coast Ranges scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Summer Lake, you could also stop at beautiful Twin Lakes; if you come at the right time of year, Eel River offers some fine whitewater.
