Any time is a great time at Stumpy Meadows Lake if you go for the outdoors. Stumpy Meadows Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and don't leave Stumpy Meadows Lake without first going for a hike along the Belix Trail. the Grizzly Canyon Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Stumpy Meadows is a pretty spot any time of year, and if you came for an overnight stay Ghost Mountain RV Campground is a tremendous place to camp. This lake is so wonderful.
Going for a hike on the Pigeon Roost Trail is always a good adventure; a delightful close by hotel is Best Western Stagecoach Inn. The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. So many fun things in the Northern Sierra
