Stienhart Lakes beyond doubt is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Putah Creek; you can stay the night at Hidden Valley Lake Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Glide down the rapids of Cache Creek in a kayak; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can       always visit nearby Hidden Valley Lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Stienhart Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Aztec River Grove RV/Trailer Park, and Travelodge Clearlake is a nice place to get some rest.
