Do stop by Starr King Lake while you're in this part of California. Starr King Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. Yosemite Creek is a pleasant whitewater spot in the vicinity of Starr King Lake, and why not a little side tour to Sunrise Creek. Go for a hike on the Mist Trail, and if you wish for a little side journey, try Little Yosemite Valley. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada, too nice to be true.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Nevada Fall is a glorious local attraction; camping at North Pines Campground is always a delightful experience. You absolutely ought to have a thing about the Central Sierra Nevada. The slopes of Badger Pass are so inviting nobody can resist, and Starr King Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Upper Pines Campground is a fine local campground. of Starr King Lake has to offer. Cascade Cliffs is something you shouldn't miss if you're here at Starr King Lake; there is a nice hiking trail nearby called the Half Dome Trail.
Going for a hike on the Clouds Rest Trail is always
a nice adventure, and a tremendous spot for whitewater paddling is Tenaya Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Do set aside some time for Starr King Meadow since you're here at Starr King Lake, and if you need a place to stay Wawona
Hotel is a great choice. Starr King Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central Sierra Nevada.
At Starr King Lake through the summer highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter
this place gets highs in the 40's; nighttime lows through the wintertime for Starr King Lake tend to be in the 20's. A lake close by is Lost Lake, and stopping by Yosemite National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't
yet. Man, is there lots of amusing things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada. A wonderful nearby hotel is Yosemite Lodge at the Falls; the sight of Mount Broderick is pretty.
Lots of rain falls at Starr King Lake; the wettest
month of the year is frequently January, that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
