| | Man, is there a heap of entertaining stuff to do in the Central Sierra Nevada. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Willow Creek; while you're here, you could also pop by pretty Dutchman Lake. and the slopes of Badger Pass are so inviting noone can resist. You completely have to adore the Central Sierra Nevada. Crescent Creek flows through this region, and going for a hike on the Mono Meadow Trail is always a delightful
adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Ahwahnee Hotel is a good place to get some rest, and there are some good whitewater spots on Merced River - South Fork. Be careful coming to Star Lakes, you might not ever wanna return home again.
From a rainfall point of view Star Lakes is a quite normal site; the month with most of the rain is January; July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite is a
perfect choice; nearby you discover the Chilnualna Fall Trail which is a great hiking trail. While you're here at Star Lakes it's a nice idea to visit Biledo Meadow, and a visit to Yosemite National Park is worthwhile.
