The scenery at Stampede Dam near Stampede Reservoir is stunning, and why not camp at Davies Creek Campground while you're here at Stampede Reservoir. Why not go to close by Davies Creek while you're here at Stampede Reservoir; camping is available at Stampede Campground. It is very dried out here at Stampede Reservoir usually; January is the wettest month with most rain while July is mostly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Canyon Four is near Stampede

All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada will keep you coming back repeatedly. for a brilliant time. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Truckee Tahoe Inn is a perfect choice, and Northstar at Tahoe is a very popular ski area nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Prosser Creek Reservoir is a nearby lake that
you could check out, and why not head up to Tahoe Donner and strap some skis to your feet. Summertime at Stampede Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's; the night is a little colder of course, ordinarily in the 40's.
For the period of the winter the highs are generally in the 40's with temperatures at Stampede Reservoir dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. Yeah, come here
to Stampede Reservoir for a perfect time. Northstar-At-Tahoe is a great location to get some rest, and close by you find the Mount Rose Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail.
