Stay the night at Snag Lake Campground; if you're here you can play some golf at Graeagle Meadows Golf Course. Gold Lake is a great lake near Squaw Lake, and going for a hike along the Butcher Ranch Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. During the warmest time of the year, highs frequently are in the 90's at Squaw Lake with nighttime lows in the 40's. Highs throughout the wintertime are generally in the 40's while       the cold winter nights at Squaw Lake are in the 20's. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Lavezzola Creek, and you can take a little spree to Upper Salmon Lake Dam if you're here at Squaw Lake. If you adore the outdoors, you'll like Squaw Lake. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. There's so much to do here at Squaw Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Diablo Campground is a magnificent place for that, and you can have                  a great hiking adventure along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 15. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Northern Sierra Nevada has to offer. A great close by hotel is Deer Creek Inn, and Lusk Meadows is right here at Squaw Lake. Squaw Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Having a great time in the Northern Sierra Nevada is easy. A delightful lake like Upper Salmon Lake next to Squaw Lake is a great place to stop by, and you can hit the slopes at Royal Gorge nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Chalet View Lodge is a fine choice, and hiking along the Deer Lake Trail is splendid fun. A typical amount of rain falls here at Squaw Lake; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest of the months is July.
