Throughout the warm days of summer, highs usually are in the 90's at Square Lake. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to
Square Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Square Lake without first going for a hike along the South Fork Cottonwood Trail; a great spot to camp here at Square Lake is Saddle Camp Campground. The yearly precipitation here at Square Lake is about average; January is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is July.
