Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! The Northern Sierra Nevada is unbeatable! The Emigrant Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you come at the right time of year, Mokelumne River - North Fork offers some great whitewater. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. A day on the slopes of Bear Valley is just what you need; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Stanislaus River - Middle Fork.
There's some flowing water close by, Hobart Creek is a stream you can take a look at during your stay, and do take a hike on the Charity Valley Trail. Spicer Meadow Reservoir is located in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
