The annual rain here at Soda Lake is about average; January is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. A golf course next to Soda Lake is Eagle Ridge Golf Club. Lakes? Sure, Anzar Lake is close at hand, and you can run the rapids of Coyote Creek.       This lake is so wonderful. The sight of pretty Mount Pajaro near Soda Lake is fine; dry warm beds await you at Ramada Limited Gilroy. If you're going to Soda Lake from Salinas, you won't be the only one, and after a long day outdoors Hilton Garden Inn Gilroy is a brilliant site to spend a night or two. High temperatures at Soda Lake through the days of summer are in the 80's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with                  highs in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Soda Lake. This place, Soda Lake, it truly has so much outdoors exciting stuff. There are other locations here than Soda Lake, for example Quarry Lake, and close by you hit upon Chittenden Pass which is a glorious spot to have a look at.
