Snow Camp Lake is a brilliant spot to visit for more than one day, Boise Creek Campground is a brilliant spot to camp nearby, and get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Redwood Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Lazy Double B Park is a wonderful local campground. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 60's
to Snow Camp Lake with overnight lows in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 50's, and night lows all through the winter for Snow Camp Lake tend to be in the 40's. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular
thing to do around Snow Camp Lake; Pilot Ridge Trail is a nice local trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Lake Prairie.
Good hiking is available along the Grouse Creek Tractor Trail, and from Snow Camp Lake you get a delightful view of Snow Camp Mountain.
