Ocean Beach City Beach is a beach next to Smiley Lagoon that you can stop at, and if you've had enough of Smiley Lagoon, San Dieguito Lagoon is nearby. Ocean Beach Motel is a pleasant spot to get some rest, and this is a popular place for folks from San Diego-Carlsbad-San Marcos. This lake is so wonderful.
