If you came to camp Kangaroo Lake Campground is a glorious place to do that, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Trinity River - East Fork. Trinity River is a great whitewater spot near
Slide Lake, and a lake nearby is Bull Lake. Slide Lake is a location that is relatively dried out frequently; December is the wettest month with most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Near Slide
Lake you locate Chilcoot Pass which is a delightful place to pop by, and there's glorious hiking along the Echo Lake Trail.
