The beauty of Sisson Lake attracts many people from all around. If you need a spot to stay Strawberry Valley Inn is a nice choice, and Hidden Valley is a striking place any time of year. For the duration of the warm days of summer highs here at Sisson Lake get into the 80's; the overnight is rather chillier of course, frequently in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and night lows through the winter for Sisson Lake tend to be in the 20's.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Misery Hill is simple to spot from Sisson Lake, and Mount Shasta is a great local ski area. Any time is a nice time at Sisson Lake if you like the outdoors. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Sisson Lake has to offer, you can camp at Panther Meadows Campground, and don't leave Sisson Lake without first paying a visit to Coquette Falls. Range has it all. The Sisson Calahan National Recreation Trail offers hiking at its best, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Sacramento River. Be careful coming to the Southern Cascade Range, you might not ever want to return back
home again. The Woodsman Hotel is a tremendous place to get some rest, and if you're hooked on cool geologic marks try Bolam Glacier. There's so much to do here at Sisson Lake that you need to camp here for a while, McBride Springs
Campground is a nice site for that, and nice hiking is available along the Castle Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Sisson Lake; Crags Trail is a brilliant local trail. Sisson Lake is one
of the lakes here in the Southern Cascade Range. An average amount of precipitation falls at Sisson Lake; January is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is July.
