Castle Lake Campground
 | 14 miles away Castle Lake is very beautiful, but can be very crowded during the summer. It might be very difficult to get a spot here, so be sure to have a backup ready. Read more about my experience at castle lake at my website. www.AllThingsShasta.com... |
Fowlers Campground
 | 15 miles away This campground is definitely one that I have thoroughly enjoyed staying. While it was not anything special or out of the ordinary, the staff was friendly and accomodating and the atmosphere was very family friendly. I would suggest Fowlers to any family wanting just a nice vacation together, but if you are a camping enthusiast and are used to having high standards for your camping experience, you may want to search around a bit more before you decide to stay at Fowlers as it may be a bit more mediocre than what you are used to camping at. ... |
