Why not stop by Siskiyou Lake if you're passing through these parts. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Mount Shasta is in close proximity to Siskiyou Lake, and get wet paddling on Sacramento River. Siskiyou Lake gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily January, that's the one that rains the most while July is generally the driest month. Why not pop by Box Canyon Dam while you're here, and it's a nice idea to stop by

Go for a hike on the Sisson Calahan National Recreation Trail; Best Western Tree House Motor Inn is a glorious site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Faery Falls, and Box Canyon is a great spot to take a look at. This lake is so wonderful. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Siskiyou Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. Throughout the winter the highs are generally in the 40's with temperatures at Siskiyou
Lake dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. There are great spots to look at along the Crags Trail, unsurprisingly you could also have a look at Castle Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. This site rocks, just
look at all the exciting things to do near Siskiyou Lake.
So much fun stuff to do at Siskiyou Lake, so little time. Siskiyou Lake is a great spot to visit for more than one day, Chateau Shasta Mobile Home Park is a great spot
to camp nearby, and a lake nearby is Abrams Lake. Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort is a glorious local campground, and soar down the rapids of Sacramento River in a kayak.
