After a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Inn - Watsonville is a great spot to spend a night or two, and you can stay the night at Mt Madonna Park. Gaffey Creek is a splendid local stream; Banks Canyon is another magnificent location to stop by nearby. The warmest time of the year at Simas Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are commonly       in the 50's, and overnight lows at Simas Lake all through the winter generally dip into the 30's. Just can't get enough of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Rose Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop by. A lake nearby is College Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Simas Lake has to offer, you can camp at Pinto Lake Park. Simas Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; all through January this area sees the most rain, and July on the other                  hand is the driest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll like Simas Lake.
