During the summertime highs here at Silver Lake reach the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's while Silver Lake night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's. Silver Lake is located in the Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Mammoth Mountain; in case       you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on San Joaquin River - Middle Fork. What a site this is for outdoors people. Snowbird Condos at Mammoths Canyon Lodge is a great spot to get some rest; you're perhaps into lakes, Agnew Lake is one of those nearby. Silver Lake gets a common amount of yearly rain; the month with most of the snow is January; June on the other hand is the driest. Lakes are good; Fern Lake is a                  lake that's near Silver Lake, and Silver Lake is right by the John Muir Trail - section 2. And that's not everything you can do here in the Central Sierra Nevada. The summit of Carson Peak can be spotted from Silver Lake, and don't forget to take a glorious little trip to Alger Creek. Stay the night at Grant Lake Marina-campground, and everyone loves Spooky Meadow. So much enjoyable stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada, just astonishing. June Mountain is a magnificent local ski area, and Silver Lake is a nice site to visit for more than one day, Trailer Park Campground is a nice site to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Gaylor Lakes Trail is magnificent fun, and a glorious nearby hotel is Heidelberg Inn. Going for a hike along the Mammoth Rock Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; the vistas at Devils Postpile National Monument will blow your mind.
