Visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Rose Quartz Inn. Yeah, come up here to the Southern Cascade Range for a delightful time. High temperatures at Silver Lake throughout the summer months are in the 90's while nighttime lows are usually in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's, and throughout the dark       hours in the winter at Silver Lake temperatures dip to the 20's. Silver Lake is one of the lakes here in the Southern Cascade Range. If you need a spot to stay Bailey Creek Cottages is a great choice, and needless to say, this is a great vicinity for folks who like lakes, Little Tule Lake is a lake around here. There is a tremendous hiking trail next to Silver Lake called the Pacific Crest Trail - section 16; if you like swamps you're in luck, Cooper Swamp                  is right close by. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! Silver Lake is peerless! You're most likely addicted to lakes, Caribou Lake is one of those nearby, and a delightful location to camp here at Silver Lake is Rocky Knoll Campground. Around Silver Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Southern Cascade Range will keep you coming back many times.
