Go to Silver Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. A trip to close by Ferguson Point is very relaxing, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Hawley Grade Trail. At Silver Lake you can catch a sight of Castle Point; you can stay the night at Oyster Creek Campground. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do near Silver Lake. is a nice place to camp, Ferguson Point Campground is a nice place. Silver Lake gets lots of water; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest.
