Sheffield Reservoir is a lake worth visiting. Stay the night at Santa Barbara County Park Dept, and dry warm beds await you at Inn of the Spanish Garden. Sheffield Reservoir is a location that is pretty dried up usually; February is when you get the most rain here while July is regularly the driest month.
