Shadow Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Shadow Lake; Red Peak Trail is a fine local trail, and camping at Pleasant Boat-In Campground is always a perfect experience. Shadow Lake is a quite wet place commonly with a lot of precipitation; through the month of January you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is July. There's no way anyone can get bored here in

| | the Northern Sierra Nevada. If you need a site to stay Squaw Valley Lodge is a magnificent choice; the sight of Brown Mountain is pretty.
Village at Squaw Valley is a great place to get some rest, and camping is available at Wentworth Springs Campground. Just can't get enough of Shadow Lake. Gotta ski! Homewood is a magnificent place to do that, and Lake Number Three is a nearby lake that you could go to.

in the Northern Sierra Nevada. The Loon Lake Trail offers hiking at its best, and do check out Highland Lake, it's a charming lake. For the period of the summer here at Shadow Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's, and
during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs all through the wintertime are commonly in the 40's with temperatures at Shadow Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on
American River - South Fork is so much fun; there's nice hiking along the Highland Trail.
This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada. Silver Creek - South Fork has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by, and scenic scenery and magnificent skiing is what you obtain at Alpine Meadows.
