     Seven Up Lake really is in the middle of a delightful outdoors paradise. If you came for an overnight stay Clark Spring Campground is a tremendous spot to camp; glide down the rapids of Coffee Creek in a kayak. All through the warm months here at Seven Up Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 80's while night lows are ordinarily in the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Seven  
   Up Lake. Seven Up Lake is a good location of common rainfall; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month is July.
Seven Up Lake is located in the Klamath Mountains. Why not camp at Stoney Point Campground while you're here at Seven Up Lake, and you'll stumble on a delightful lake called Granite Lake. You can distinguish Gibson Peak from Seven Up Lake; Bear Basin is a pretty spot any time of year.
And if that's not sufficient
 
               there's lots more enjoyable stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains. Just can't get enough of the Klamath Mountains. Do take a look at Gibson Lake near Seven Up Lake, it's a beautiful lake, and you can go for a hike on the Deacon Lee Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Trinity River, and if you haven’t been to Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, you should schedule some time for it since you're here.

Looking for a place called Coffee Creek Resort in the mid-70's.   Had a lodge and A-frame cabins, you could hike a trail up to Lake Josephine from the lodge.  Hoping it is still around now that we are back in California....
