location to explore nearby. Serena Lake is a reasonably wet place usually with a great deal of rainfall; during the month of January you get the most rain around here; the driest month is July.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll
need more than a day to discover everything Serena Lake has to offer, you can camp at Onion Creek Campground, and you can hit the slopes at Soda Springs close by. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
