California has many beautiful lakes and Scotts Flat Reservoir is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. The nice people of Truckee-Grass Valley like to hang out nearby, and a great close by hotel is Nevada City Inn. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Scotts Flat Reservoir with night lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Scotts Flat Reservoir are in the 20's. A lot of rain falls at Scotts Flat
