Many people like to go to Schwan Lagoon. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Rincon Fire Road Trail; Bonita Lagoon is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. At Schwan Lagoon through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. Schwan Lagoon truly is in the middle of a scenic outdoors paradise. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on San Lorenzo River, and Schwan Lagoon is a pleasant place to visit for more than one day, Pine Knoll Mobile Manor is a pleasant place to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Hitching Post Motel is a magnificent place to get some rest, and Arana Marsh is a swamp near Schwan Lagoon. This lake is so wonderful.

Park is a nice local campground, and if you're looking for a beach close by we recommend Lincoln Beach. Isbel Grove is a wonderful local forest, and you can take a little visit to Santa Cruz Small Craft Harbor if you're here at Schwan
Lagoon. A lake nearby is Corcoran Lagoon, and some nearby water includes Branciforte Creek.
This lake is so wonderful. Here at Schwan Lagoon you can see Bolcoff Hill; a good beach close by is Twin Lakes Beach. After a long day
outdoors Ocean Gate Inn is a great location to spend a night or two, and for you golfers we recommend close by De Laveaga Golf Course & Lodge. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area near Schwan Lagoon has
to offer. This is a popular spot for folks from Santa Cruz-Watsonville, and close by you hit upon Black Point.
Schwan Lagoon is a wet place that gets a great deal of precipitation; January is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
