What a nice lake Schilling Lake is. The view of lovely Kelly Hill near Schilling Lake is great, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Knuedler Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Santa Cruz Mountains. While you're here at Schilling Lake you can take a hike along the Alambique Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Trailer Rancho is a great place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. | | site to spend some time at, and golf can be played at Emerald Hills Golf Course. Schilling Lake gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the rain is January, and July is when it's the driest. The warmest time of the year at Schilling Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. the wintertime ordinarily drop into the 40's. So much entertaining stuff next to Schilling Lake, simply fantastic. The Edgewood Trail is a pleasant hiking trail near Schilling Lake, and camping is available at Trailer Villa.
This lake is so wonderful. On a glorious day at Schilling Lake you can take a hike along the Trappers Trail; as expected, this is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes, Bear Gulch Reservoir is a lake nearby. A great close
by hotel is Comfort Inn Redwood City, and The Meadows is a delightful spot to stretch your legs a bit. This lake is located in the wonderful Santa Cruz Mountains. But wait, there's more cool stuff to do in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Juan Bautista De Anza National Historic Trail is a very tremendous place to take a look at near Schilling Lake, and float down the rapids of Pescadero Creek in a kayak. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the Santa Cruz Mountains
will keep you coming back over and over. Get yourself into a kayak and hit San Lorenzo River, and a quick spree to Alambique Creek is unquestionably a pleasant idea. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are really plentiful
here at Schilling Lake. After a long day outdoors Pacific Inn of Redwood City is a pleasant location to spend a night or two, and you'll meet a lot of folks from San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont here.
