The beauty of Laguna del Sargento is reason enough to stop by. There's so much to do here at Laguna del Sargento that you need to camp here for a while, Carbonero Creek RV Park is a tremendous site for that. You can see Beehive from Laguna del Sargento, and if you need a place to stay Toll House, a Larkspur Hotel is a good choice. Going for a hike on the Sequoia Nature Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and there's always Ryland Dam to pop by next to Laguna

This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Santa Cruz-Watsonville here, and if you have time, Juan Bautista De Anza National Historic Trail is a national park worth a visit. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff truly is plentiful here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The Rincon Fire Road Trail is a great hiking trail near Laguna del Sargento, and near Laguna del Sargento you stumble on a golf course called Scotts Valley Golf Course. Laguna | |

del Sargento gets a great deal of water; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain while July is generally the driest month.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This lake
is so wonderful. Laguna del Sargento is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Santa Cruz Ranch RV Park is a delightful local campground, and there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Summit Trail. Through the days of
summer highs here at Laguna del Sargento reach the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 50's with temperatures at Laguna del Sargento dipping
down into the 30's through winter nights.
Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at Laguna del Sargento. You can run the rapids of San Lorenzo River close to Laguna del Sargento; Hooker Gulch is a nice site to
take a look at. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Looking for some flowing water? Try Hendrys Creek; after a long day outdoors Best Western Inn Scotts Valley is a great spot to spend a night or two.
