Throughout the summer months highs here at Santa Ynez Lake reach the 90's; the night is a tad cooler of course, usually in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 60's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Santa Ynez Lake. That right there is plenty already, but it goes on; Santa Ynez Lake has it all. If you're here at Santa Ynez Lake, checking out Natural Arch is a must; if you need       a place to stay Hotel Oceana is a delightful choice. Not much precipitation falls here at Santa Ynez Lake; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. On a good day it's a wonderful idea to spend the day at Topanga Beach. Dry warm beds await you at Channel Road Inn. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Santa Ynez Lake has to offer, you can camp at Malibu Creek State Park. This lake is so wonderful.
