If you came to camp Cerro Gordo Mines is a great location to do that; after a long day outdoors Best Western Frontier Motel is a pleasant location to spend a night or two. On a delightful day at Salt Lake you can take a hike along the Pat Keyes Trail. Saline Valley is a great location here at Salt Lake, and people       from Bishop love to come here. This lake is so wonderful. Some of the water close by flows, like Waucoba Wash; Craig Canyon is a fine spot to spend some time. The warmest time of the year at Salt Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Salt Lake are in the 20's. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining                  things, what a great planet it would be. You're probably addicted to lakes, Diaz Lake is one of those close by; a trip to Death Valley National Park is worthwhile.
