California has many beautiful lakes and Salmon Lake is one of them. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Salmon Lake has to offer, you can camp at Stoney Point Campground, and Kidd Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth a visit. Lake without first checking out Stone Face. And if that's not enough there's a load more exciting stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains. There are other places here than Salmon Lake, for example Snowslide Lake. Salmon Lake is one of
the lakes here in the Klamath Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Trinity River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by, and Black Mountain is a peak you can spot from Salmon Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the
Deacon Lee Trail, and if you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Coffee Creek. Salmon Lake is a good place of common precipitation; most of the rain falls through December, and the driest month of the year is July.
