Round Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are great; Crooked Lakes is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Round Lake, and Soda Springs is a pleasant local ski area. If the weather is beautiful, you obtain a good vista of Fall Creek Mountain from Round Lake, and you can run the rapids of Yuba River - South Fork. All the water falling down from the sky makes Round Lake a wet place; through the

| | month of January you get the most rain around here while July is typically the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. Deer Creek Inn is a perfect place to get some rest, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Crooked Lakes Trail. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Get your heart pumping on the brilliant whitewater of Fordyce Creek, and you can stay the night at Grouse Ridge Campground. Lodge is a great site to spend a night or two, and the skiing at Royal Gorge is great. Round Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Sierra Nevada. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Round Lake, too tremendous to be true. There's
so much to do here at Round Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Carr-Feeley Campground is a brilliant place for that; do take a hike on the Spaulding Lake Trail.
Through the long summer days, highs ordinarily are in the
80's at Round Lake, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs all through the winter are ordinarily in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Round Lake.
