There are some splendid whitewater spots on San Joaquin River - South Fork. There's so much to do here at Rock Creek Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Inlet Campground is a great place for that. And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining stuff just keep reading. There's whitewater on Mono Creek for all you adrenaline people; the panoramas at Devils Postpile National Monument will blow your mind. This       lake is so wonderful. If you're here, you might as well stop by Little Lakes Valley, and Mosquito Flat is a striking place any time of year. And that's not all there is to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada. You're almost certainly interested in lakes, Serene Lake is one of those nearby, and if you need a place to stay Mammoth Creek Inn is a good choice. If you came to camp Lake Outlet Campground is a wonderful site to do that. The warmest time of the year at                  Rock Creek Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's while Rock Creek Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the 20's.
