Summertime at Red Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are typically in the 30's while Red Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Mokelumne River - North Fork, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Hawley Grade Trail. Red Lake is a rather wet place commonly
