out some exciting stuff, check out Kit Carson. Man, is there a load of entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Pine Cone Acre Motel is a brilliant place to get some rest, and since you're here, you might as well
stop at Carson Pass. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Mokelumne River - North Fork offers some nice whitewater, and Sierra at Tahoe is a wonderful local ski area. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone
but if it's for you then we recommend Carson River - East Fork, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Kirkwood is relatively near. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. Hiking along the Charity Valley Trail
is splendid fun, and you obtain a pleasant sight of Elephants Back from here. So many entertaining things to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada, too splendid to be true. This is a popular location for folks from Gardnerville Ranchos, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Burnside Lake Trail.
