Many people like to go to Raymond Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada. Don’t forget to go to Raymond Meadows while you're here at Raymond Lake, and there's whitewater on Carson River - East Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers. High temperatures at Raymond Lake through the warm months are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 40's. Through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 30's, and through the dark

Bear Valley is a very popular ski area around here, and camping at Bloomfield Campground is always a good experience. Raymond Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow; July is when it's the driest. Trail which is a nice hiking trail; you can hit the slopes at Kirkwood in the vicinity.
This lake is so wonderful. Raymond Peak is a peak you can distinguish from Raymond Lake, and after a long day outdoors Harvest Inn-St Helena,
Napa Valley is a fine site to spend a night or two. So many exciting things to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada, not enough time. There are plenty of folks from Gardnerville Ranchos here at Raymond Lake; dry warm beds await you at
Tahoe Seasons Resort (Vri). This lake is so wonderful. The Pacific Crest Trail - section 13 is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Raymond Lake.
Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the vicinity of Raymond
Lake. There is a good hiking trail next to Raymond Lake called the Burnside Lake Trail, and camping is available at Toiyabe Campground.
