Many people like to go to Pleasant Lake. Be careful coming to the Klamath Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Oak Bottom Campground is a perfect campground nearby, and a good site for whitewater paddling is Wooley Creek. High temperatures at Pleasant Lake during the summer months are in the 90's. Buns Basin is a great site to check out, and Medicine Mountain can be seen from Pleasant Lake. Pleasant Lake gets a lot of water; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. close by. The Klamath Mountains scenery is always beautiful. A lake nearby is Deadman Lake. Just can't get enough of Pleasant Lake. A visit to Oregon Caves National Monument is worthwhile, and Cuddihy Valley is also a great location
to explore. If the weather is pleasant here at Pleasant Lake, you can go for a hike along the Garden Gulch Trail, and Pleasant Lake is not the only place nearby, Hooligan Lake is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful. The Salmon
Summit Recreation Trail is a tremendous hiking trail in the neighborhood of Pleasant Lake; some pleasant nature is available in Klamath National Forest.
