A good deal of rain falls at Pleasant Lake; the month with most of the rain is December, and July is when it's the driest. Pleasant Lake is one of the lakes here in the Klamath Mountains. Going for a hike on the Tanners Peak Trail is always a delightful adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Pleasant Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Oak Bottom Campground is a tremendous local campground; from Pleasant Lake you obtain a splendid view

There is a glorious hiking trail near Pleasant Lake called the Salmon Summit Recreation Trail, and Oregon Caves National Monument is a glorious national park. At Pleasant Lake during the summertime months highs are in the 90's. Summer night lows sink down to the 50's. Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sulphur Springs Campground is a glorious site for that; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Klamath River. You truly ought to have a thing about
the Klamath Mountains. Cuddihy Valley is right next door to Pleasant Lake and is without doubt a splendid site to check out, and not far from here you can enjoy the trees of Klamath National Forest. The Garden Gulch Trail is a great
