     This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Coal Mine Trail is always a splendid adventure, and lakes are such peaceful spots, why not go to Summit Lake. Yeah, come up here to the Southern Cascade Range for a glorious time. There are fine spots to explore along the Rough and Ready Trail; Rim Campground is a fine local campground. All the outdoors entertaining things in the Southern Cascade Range will keep you coming back many times. People from Redding  
   love to come to Pit Four Reservoir, and there are other locations here than Pit Four Reservoir, for example Pit Four Reservoir.
This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Deep Creek Campground since you're here at Pit Four Reservoir. All the water falling down from the sky makes Pit Four Reservoir a wet place; the wettest month of the year is typically January, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is July. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff
 
               to do are beyond doubt abundant here at Pit Four Reservoir. It's a brilliant idea to pop by Poison Creek, it's right next door to Pit Four Reservoir, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Pit River.
A visit to Pit Four Reservoir wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Mud Spring, and Malinda Gulch is a splendid location to check out. Pit Four Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Southern Cascade Range. The scenery at Pit Four Dam near Pit Four Reservoir is gorgeous, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Pacific Crest Trail - section 17.
Summer at Pit Four Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 40's; through the dark hours in the winter at Pit Four Reservoir temperatures drop to the 20's.
