What a nice lake Pelican Lake is. During the months of summer here at Pelican Lake, high temperatures generally reach the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. Highs through the winter are regularly in the 50's; throughout the dark hours in the winter at Pelican Lake temperatures descend to the 30's. Bass Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by; if you're looking for a beach nearby we recommend Wildcat Beach.

| | You absolutely have to love Pelican Lake. A spree to close by Abalone Point is very relaxing, and why not have a look at close by Alamere Creek if you're here at Pelican Lake. Nearby Cottinham Gulch is a great place to go if you're at Pelican Lake, and don't leave Pelican Lake without first going for a hike along the Wildcat Trail. with the least moisture. Pelican Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Glen Campground is a splendid local campground; a short visit to Alamere Falls is always worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike
on the Lake Ranch Trail, and camping at Lower Campground is always a magnificent experience. Muir Woods National Monument is a very pleasant place to go to next to Pelican Lake. Farm House Restaurant Deli & Bar is a tremendous place
to get some rest, and there's great hiking along the Bolema Trail. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Point Reyes Seashore Lodge is a glorious spot to spend a night or two, and a good beach close by is Palomarin Beach.
