Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park is one of the                  destinations in the vicinity of Pear Lake that are great to go to, and Emerald Lake is a pleasant lake close by. Have a good hiking adventure along the Hockett Meadows Trail; why not camp at Log Bridge Campground since you're here at Pear Lake. Throughout the summertime highs here at Pear Lake get into the 70's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Pear Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. A normal amount of rain falls here at Pear Lake; January is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
