In California there are many beautiful lakes, Patterson Lake is one of them. Not much rain falls here at Patterson Lake; November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is July. There are great places to look at along the Pine Creek Trail, and one of the overriding traits of the surroundings of Patterson Lake is Squaw Peak. A good spot to camp here at Patterson Lake is Soup Spring Campground; camping is available at Stough Campground.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Patterson Lake without first going for a hike along the Poison Flat Trail, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Trailside Inn is a great choice. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Warner Mountains. Going for a hike on the Owl Creek Trail is always a great adventure, and Pine Creek Basin is a splendid place to stretch your legs a bit. That right there is a load already, | |

Patterson Lake is one of the lakes here in the Warner Mountains. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Patterson Lake. When the night sets in temperatures descend
down into the 40's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 40's; overnight lows through the wintertime for Patterson Lake tend to be in the 10's.
