If you are traveling by, why not stop by Patterson Lake. These mountains rock, just look at all the entertaining stuff to do in the Warner Mountains. While you're here at Patterson Lake it's a nice idea to stop at Pine Creek Basin; there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Owl Creek Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Warner Mountains. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Patterson Lake. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 40's.
