California has many beautiful lakes and Palisade Lake is one of them. Be careful coming to the Northern Sierra Nevada, you might not ever wanna return back home again. If you need a spot to stay Always Inn Tahoe Bed and Breakfast is a splendid choice, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Heath Falls Overlook Trail. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Palisade Lake. The Lola Montez Trail offers hiking

| | at its best; there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Fordyce Creek. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Palisade Lake is fine fun, Van Norden Campground is a fine local campground, and Boreal has wonderful slopes and a friendly staff. moisture. Take a hike on the Long Valley Trail, and a charming lake like Cascade Lakes is a delightful spot to take a look at.
Cold Springs Campground is a magnificent campground here; if you come at the right time of year, Yuba
River - South Fork offers some great whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. During the summer at Palisade Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. Through the winter
highs are in the 40's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Palisade Lake temperatures dip to the 20's.
Yeah, come up here to the Northern Sierra Nevada for a delightful time. A tremendous close by hotel is Hoyfjellet Lodge, and splendid skiing awaits you at Soda Springs.
