    Beautiful Onion Valley Reservoir has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. You could also pop by Delahunty Lake if you're here at Onion Valley Reservoir; it's nearby, and there's whitewater on Lavezzola Creek for all you thrill seekers. Finger Board is pretty and can be observed from Onion Valley Reservoir, and camping is available at Big Cove - Plumas National Forest. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff  
   in the Northern Sierra Nevada. On a brilliant day at Onion Valley Reservoir you can take a hike along the Cleghorn Bar Trail.
That right there is a heap of amusing things already but it goes on, the Northern Sierra Nevada has it all. Places like Sawpit Flat are brilliant to take a look at, and why not camp at Boulder Creek - Plumas National Forest if you're here at Onion Valley Reservoir. While you're here at Onion Valley Reservoir you can take a hike
 
               along the Finger Board Trail; there are some nice whitewater spots on Feather River - Middle Fork. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Onion Valley Reservoir get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows at Onion Valley Reservoir throughout the wintertime typically fall into the 20's.
