That right there is a lot of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Coast Ranges has it all. In the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Klamath River, and why not camp at Dillion Creek Campground while you're here at Ogaromtoc Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Near Ogaromtoc Lake you stumble on the Salmon Summit Recreation Trail which is a fine hiking trail; some of       the water nearby flows, like Eyese Creek. There is a good hiking trail close to Ogaromtoc Lake called the Clear Creek National Recreation Trail, and you might also want to pay a visit to Bark Shanty Gulch while you're here at Ogaromtoc Lake. Ogaromtoc Lake is one of the lakes here in the Coast Ranges. Oak Bottom Campground is a pleasant local campground, and going for a hike on the Horse Ridge National Scenic Trail is always a fine adventure. Ogaromtoc Lake                  gets a large amount of water; the month with most of the rain is December; July is the month with the least moisture. For the period of the days of summer at Ogaromtoc Lake temperatures are generally in the 90's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are commonly in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Ogaromtoc Lake. Having a great time at Ogaromtoc Lake is trouble-free.
