     Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Central Sierra Nevada. There is a good hiking trail in the vicinity of Nutter Lake called the Pacific Crest Trail - section 12, and Glines Canyon is a splendid spot to spend some time. For the duration of the days of summer at Nutter Lake highs are frequently in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 30's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's, and after the sun is down all  
   through the wintertime temperatures at Nutter Lake dip into the 0's. Nutter Lake is pretty waterless ordinarily; January is the month that gets the most snow while October is mostly the driest month.
Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Nutter Lake is excellent! There are good spots to discover along the John Muir Trail - section 1, and Gilman Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. Yosemite Gateway Motel is a good place to get some rest;
 
               if you get bored of Nutter Lake you could also visit close by East Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Gaylor Lakes Trail is always a delightful adventure, and camping at Sawmill Campground is always a delightful experience.
Nutter Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central Sierra Nevada. If you're here at Nutter Lake, you could explore East Fork Green Creek, and if you came to camp Saddlebag Campground is a nice place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Heidelberg Inn is a great site to spend a night or two.
But wait, there's more enjoyable things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada. You can run the rapids of Tenaya Creek near Nutter Lake; Black Mountain is simple to spot from Nutter Lake.
