North Fork Lake gets a lot of water; January is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Lime Rock is an interesting site to have a look at while at North Fork Lake; there are plenty of people from Sacramento—Arden-Arcade—Roseville here at North Fork Lake. All through the summer at North Fork Lake highs are       typically in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at North Fork Lake. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the Northern Sierra Nevada has to offer. There are some delightful whitewater spots on American River - Middle Fork; a great close by hotel is Best Western Golden Key. So much fun stuff to do at North Fork Lake, so little time.                  Camping at Bowman Mobile Home and Park is always a splendid experience, and get yourself into a kayak and hit American River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect site to camp here at North Fork Lake is Auburn Koa Kampground, and North Fork Lake is not the only spot nearby, Halsey Afterbay is a nearby lake. Louisiana Bar is a perfect spot to go to close by; do stop by Clipper Creek if you're here at North Fork Lake. If you need a site to stay Quality Inn Auburn is a great choice, and a lake nearby is Lake Arthur. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada. Having a delightful time in the Northern Sierra Nevada is trouble-free.
